Application for making animated advertisement banners?

Don't want to learn anything like Adobe Premiere or something...

I have images, or Frames as they are called... Now is there any simple yet elegant application which can put those frames into a timeline and make the animation?

I am after an easy application so if you know of any, please let me know...
