guide for max memory bandwidth AMD Opteron 61xx series

the new opteron have 4 mem channels per CPU. Found on internet that Intel Nehalem:

1 DIMM in each mem channel - 1333 Mhz more than 1 - 1066Mhz

is there a similar recommendation or guide for AMD Opteron 6100 series?
