Today both the WCF RIA Services v1.0 and the Silverlight 4 Tools for Visual Studio 2010 are officially released! You can download the the tools right here. You can find full details about this release on the download site. NOTE: To celebrate these releases, Silverlight TV is rolling out 2 shows today instead of our regular schedule.
