Basically, in the beginning I had ubuntu installed. Then I installed "kubuntu-desktop" package.
In the beginning, I didnt like the default notification, so I changed to Ayanta.. Now, I installed few packages and now my notifications are similar to what they looked like in ubuntu.

Some time ago I found that pretty ubuntu notifications are available as a package notify-osd in ArchLinux. I installed and tested it. The question is how to enable notifications running by default in ubuntu (volume up/dpwn, backlight, some programs notifications, etc)?
I'm using XMonad WM instead…
