We are currently moving from Exchange 2003 to 2007 (8.2 build 176.2).
We have encounted an issue with one user.
In Outlook 2003 when getting a meeting request:
"Can't open this item. Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are nto valid."

Every week I have to do the same report for my bosses. Our bug tracker sends us emails, and to be sure I caught everything I often need to search Outlook for all the bug email's I've received. If I could search the email subject using a regular exrpession, my life would be much easier.

I want to embed a custom c# windows form (or WPF) user control into an outlook view.
I am using Outlook 2003 and Visual Studio 2008.

hi,
i'm having problems with outlook 2003 + smtp authentication. although it's set in outlook, my mailserver won't relay - which means, outlook is trying to mail BEFORE authenticating.
i've tried the same with thunderbird, auth + sending works without problems.
so it definately must be something…

Is there some macro (or C# code) to open an email automatically in edit mode?
I know i can double click an email item, go to edit and edit message - but can i do this to automatically open an email in this way?
Or even better if i could show emails in edit mode in the reading pane?
