Since yesterday morning my copy of iTunes has been starting and stopping randomly. If iTunes is not running, then it opens and sometimes begins playing, other times sits idle. Eventually, after a random interval it will begin playing a song, and then stop, and so on... Needless to say, it's driving…

I thought I'd share my experiences here. I work for a small business with only ~20 users. I wanted the ability to use managed client preferences to assign things like the software update server. Basically the ability to manage my Macs easily and in a native way.

We also have no tools to view shared…

Is there any way to set the default font color for new messages in Mail.app?
It's trivial to set the actual font, and text size. I cannot seem to get the application to change the text color though. It always defaults to black.
After 5 or 6 major revisions of OS X, surely someone has thought of…

Hi,
I am using Apple Mail on Snow Leopard. It seems to use excessive data, around 1.5 GB a day. I don't receive mails remotely close to that size obviously.
Does anybody have any idea what's happening. Its very consistent. Turn Mail off, and the download goes away.
Much appreciated.

I've just setup my Apple Mail client to work with Google Apps through IMAP. One lingering question is how to best handle SPAM (Junk Mail), however.
In their Help section, Google recommends that we disable junk filtering on the client.
