.NET to Rails (Want to move from .net to rails)

I am a .NET developer from last 7 years, now i want to move to OSS stack(Rails. mysql etc) I don't have any idea about lunix platform.

Is there anybody who have been moved? Any book, guidline, etc.

edit: reason - want to learn new platform.
