Group Policy, Windows Firewall - Define new network location

S2008 with Win7 clients via group policy; how do I configure a new network location for a network, set on the domain profile/location? I cannot see any useful options under Windows Firewall With Advanced Security.

However, the domain profile does exist under Computer Configuration -> Policies -> Windows Settings -> Network List Manager Policies.
