Maintainance backup in sql2005

I changed my administrator and Sql password for server but when I try to create the backup in maintainance plan then I get this error message "Exception has been thrown by the target of invocation (MSCORLIB)" A sql statement was issued and failed.

Please revert me because same thing I applied for another server it was worked properly.
