No reaction when IsAccessibleToUser returns false

I have enableSecurityTrimming=true and a custom SiteMapProvider inherited from built-in XmlSiteMapProvider and IsAccessibleForUser returns false for requested pag00e but it anyway opens.

In the same time, breadcrumbs targeted the same sitemap doesn't create a menu. How to implemwnt peoper reaction?
