Dual Booting Ubuntu on my Core i7 64 bit with Windows 7

Hi,

I downloaded the ubuntu version 10 from internet and tried to run the wbu.exe inside the image that I burnt into a CD. I am getting the following error during running it

My Details

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate; Processor : Core Quad i7; RAM : 4GB; Graphics Card : 1GB nVidia

Any help is much appreciated.
