emulator: ERROR: the user data image is used by another emulator. aborting
most of the time i face this problem..I restart Eclipse even..and restart emulator also..but still problem remain as it is.Why?

If I run several emulators with -no-window option in one machine. The command "adb devices" shows:
List of devices attached
emulator-5554 device
emulator-5556 device
emulator-5558 device
...

My issue is quite simple I think :
I would like to be able to add a contact to the contact list by a simple click on a button (and be able to test it on the emulator). The data of this contact would be stored in the source code of the application.
