Free tsocks/proxifer clone for Windows 7 (64 bits)

Does anyone knows a free (preferably open) clone of Proxifer/tsocks? I.e. a program which allows connect via SOCKS proxy for programs which does not have this option.

Edit: PS. I already found some but the websites seems a bit out-of-date which is never a good indicator.

Microsoft Management Console stops working when I add snap-in to it

I have Windows 7 Ultimate OS. I'm opening mmc.exe as administrator and trying add Certificates or any other snap-in, then while loading that snap-in MMC breaks and displays following message and after that it closes automatically once I click on close button on that message.
