Intel atom and overall power consumption

I am considering buying of Intel Atom machine. Power consumption is one of my concerns (it is for small server). I know CPU itself consumes a little power, but I heard that chipset consumes much more.

Anybody knows how much can such machine consume?

I am considering Intel MoBo BLKD945GCLF (chipset: Intel® 945GC Express Chipset with ICH7)
