Win7: could not find item upon creation?

Hello,

I'm getting the following error every time I try to create a folder: http://flx.me/imgdump/flx457.png

When I press try again it actually does create it. So far I did a complete disk check of C:\ and I've tried safe mode. Both result in the same error.

Any ideas?
