Problem during installing certificate on Windows 7

Hello, I have Windows 7 installed and some certificate in .pfx format.
I succeed installing it to local store and store of domain user with administrator privileges, but when I connect with local administrator and try to install it I get error:
The import failed because the store was read-only, the store was full, or the store did not open correctly.

Any ideas?
