Is it possible to map certain ports to certain network interfaces? (Any platform, preferably OS X)

I am connected to two networks: One allows me access to all ports, and the other is heavily limited.

I need to be able to specify that some ports are accessed through one interface and the rest through the other.

Is this possible on any platform?
