How to send mail to my mailing list

I have a landing page to collect email from person interested in my event.

So now I don't know how can I send email to this mailing list ( there are about 5000 email and is growing 10-20 per day ).

Could you help me ?

P.S. I use LINUX

email is moved to junk-email folder even though sender is listed as safe
