Change lxadmin watchdog frequency of testing services

I had lxadmin, now I have only some remains of it. I don't have any admin panel for lxadmin. But I have watchdog that takes care of restarting services that go down. It checks services once per 2 hours. Do you know what to do to make watchodog restart services faster?
