Windows 7 does not remembers my ISP address

Hi, m using Windows 7 Ultimaute x86. The problem is that every time i have to type my isp for the connection it does not remembers by username & password, but previously windows remembered the data of login, after every reboot i hae to do the same thing again n again. Please help me.....
