Simply trying to get the inline href below to not encode when run through Trang. The below run through Trang:

## See <a href="http://foo.org">foo</a> for more info

.. always comes out as:

<xs:documentation>See &lt;a href="http://foo.org"&gt;foo&lt;/a&gt; for more info</xs:documentation>
