Tools for creating UI prototype.

Hello.

I need to create a prototype of ui. I'm googling, and find "Axure RP", but it very expensive for us company.

Other way for creating UI prototype is tools like Qt Designer, but it doesn't provide some cool functions and sometimes demand bit programming skills.

Do you know freeware tool for my task for man without any programming skills? Thanks.
