zend studio encoding problem

zend

i used Zend Studio for eclipse, and now i have a problem with encoding. when i try to write text in foreign language, it doesn't understand the font. but in browser it shows normally.

i've set then default encoding to UTF-8, but it doesn't work.

could you help me.
