from what i can gather the mailbox bit of the web interface works fine.. when any of the users go to options (top right) and try to use some of the features such as the

Having trouble setting up ldaps for password change facility in OWA. we've installed the certificate according to MS article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/321051. but, even a simple test from the domain controller with ldp does not work.
