When we transform initial ideas into clear requirements for databases, we typically have to make the following choices: Frequent maintenance vs doing it once. As we are clarifying the requirements, we need to determine whether we want to concinue spending considerable time maintaining the system, or if we want to finish it up and move on to other tasks.
