not able to register sip user on red5server, using red5phone

I start the red5,

and then i start red5phone

i try to register sip user , details i provide are

username = 999999
password = ****
ip = asteriskserverip

and i got --- Registering contact -- sip:[email protected]:5072

the right contact could be --- sip :99999@asteriskserverip

this is the log:
