This past November I attended the PASS summit in Seattle and SQL Connections in Las Vegas.  In this session, I’ll go over the highlights of what I learned in these two weeks.  SQL Server “Denali” (the next version of SQL server) was a big theme of both conferences, but I attended sessions on grouping sets, virtualizing SQL server, extended events, latches and I attended keynotes where such new an upcoming features and products as “Microsoft Atlanta”, Crescent and Filetable were introduced.  Also:  is “undo” coming in SSIS?  Come and find out!
