I have a problem in Adaptec 160m SCSI card connected to DELL Power Edge server, that it is often stops communicating. In windows system error I am able to see an error pointing to the SCSI driver continuously. The error says:

The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Scsi\adpu160m4. For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Can anyone suggest me what to do to solve it?
