Recommending simple appliance for DansGuardian, iptables, snort inline

I'm currently using a Linksys E2000 with dd-wrt. I'd like to add DansGuardian for Content Filtering and snort-inline for IPS; but those require a more powerful box (mainly, more storage). Can you recommend a good device to use?

I'm open to both overwrite-the-firmware (like dd-wrt) and designed-to-be-customized boxes.

Requirements: 1. 5+ Ethernet ports, pref. GigE 2. small form factor 3. No noise (office environment) 4. low power 5. Not sure about 802.11 wireless

Budget < $400, pref. less.
