Is there a way to prevent a command from running when I login manually, but having it run when the computer starts up and GDM automatically logs me in.

This is the setup:

  1. in the Gnome "on start programs" settings I have a command that locks the screen gnome-screensaver-command -l
  2. I have automatic login turned on.

That means that the screen will be locked when I turn on the computer, but it will also be locked when I manually login from GDM, is there a way to prevent this?
