My company is bad, I admit it. Inefficient project management, very low quality code, ... I won't get into it. It's partly based on our country's culture, but mostly because our boss is not looking at how good companies are actually going about producing good software/service.

I want to bring my boss here, so he can see these things, to convince him to create a better development place for us.
