My webalizer had been running fine until I changed the logrotate different name (dateext). Few days later, I realized that webalizer was not working, so I remove the dateext option.

Webalizer is working again but there is no stats for 3-4 days in between. When I run webalizer manually, the records are just ignored because the history file is newer.

Any solution for updating the stats for that date/log file without erasing the current stats?
