Time capsule on windows 7

Hi guys,

I have a time machine to backup my mac book pro. All work fine with it.

Now, my girlfriend have a PC on windows 7. She wants to backup her PC with cobian backup on the time machine. But her PC doesn't see the time capsule, so it's impossible to connect it.

The Time capsule is connected on my box adsl with wifi and the mac and the pc are connected on the box with wifi.

Why windows doesn't see the TC ? I installed "bonjour" on the PC but nothing worked.
