I noticed some (slightly disturbing) differences between the HTML5 and the Java versions of the playN showcase (source). (I just downloaded everything yesterday, so presumably I'm running the latest samples.)

Specifically, two flaws I noticed in the HTML5 version:

  • The text on the buttons is quite blurry (not anti-aliased, but actually blurry) compared to the Java version
  • The background in the "Swirl" sample is restricted to one corner of the app; it doesn't cover the entire visible space the way it does in the Java version.

Are these bugs, or the expected behaviour?
