Window Focus in Scale (Compiz)

This is a follow-up question to Expose (OSX Style) Functionality in Unity. I'm having issues with focus.

With the help of Compiz Config I have succesfully activated a window picker similar to the one named exposé in Mac OS X (but with more options!).

However when I use this function the window I click on/choose is not automatically focused. How can I fix this or is this a bug within Compiz/Scale?
