Our portal is targeted on Mobile Users. We have Music(mp3) Video(3gp) files for download.

I expect 300 Parallel Downloads. I want a way to control my Downloads. Like Kicking/Ban a IP or download. Stastics of download. Bandwidth Consumed ....

I have root/admin access to my Server.

My Question is : Is there a way I can Monitor & Control the OnGoing downloads that visitors are doing from my Site.
