Hey so I was hoping somebody could help me out in finding a way to get shift-selection working in gnome-terminal on Ubuntu 11.10. I found the question/bug report below but neither seem to have a solution.

I use Emacs for development and being able to select my current line with shift-ctrl-a/e is something I find myself trying to do every couple of minutes.

I use 10.04 at work and this is possible so I am not sure what has changed.

If it matters I am using Gnome 3 Shell and I use bashish to style my terminal.

Thanks in advance!
