windows 7 partition disappeared

I have a VPCF2 with windows 7 installed on it.
I was working on my computer when on of my drives (D) disappeared. I can see it in Computer Management>Disk Management and it'd marked as Healthy(Primary Partition). When I right click on it the only options that are enabled are Delete Volume and Help.

So I cannot assign a drive letter to it (not even in safe mode).
I tried System Restore and it failed.
I tried to boot the system using ubuntu tha was installed on my system but that fails too because it was installed on partition D.

I'm hopeless. What can I do?
