Is MochaHost as good as it sounds?

It's time for me to find a new web host, and I'm a bit overwhelmed by the selection. I need a Windows host. One provider that seems to stand out is MochaHost. Here are a few of the things that look amazing to me:

MS SQL Support - Unlimited Databases
5,000 sites
$3.33/month
Unlimited everything (traffic, storage, domains, etc.)

Is MochaHost too good to be true? Maybe it is notoriously unreliable (despite their 100% uptime guarantee)? Are there other considerations I may be forgetting?
