If you're trying to run the OIM design console (xlclient.sh) under OEL 6u2 and keep getting this error after entering the credentials:
...
Caused by: java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find oracle.iam.platform.utils.resources.LRB bundle
...
Make sure your wlfullclient.jar is in the ext folder of the designconsole folder... and yes, the design console runs perfectly well in OEL 6u2.
