i got a problem when I wanted to installing ubuntu 12.04 on a VMWare system on my Windows 7 x64 system ... in the end of installing after retrieving Files it stopped and didn't move forward... additionally i got a another problem there where i wanted to installing packages i updated. and gave me error below :

installArchives() failed: Error in function: 
Setting up libssl1.0.0 (1.0.1-4ubuntu5.2) ...
locale: Cannot set LC_CTYPE to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_MESSAGES to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_ALL to default locale: No such file or directory
debconf: DbDriver "config": /var/cache/debconf/config.dat is locked by another process: Resource temporarily unavailable
dpkg: error processing libssl1.0.0 (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
