running csync2 in stand-alone server mode gives error

I installed csync2 on two ubuntu node as documentation in http://oss.linbit.com/csync2/paper.pdf.

when i use a one-shot command csync2 -xv every thing goes well. but when i try to run csync2 in stand-alone server mode i get error:

Server error: Address already in use.

i searched over net and no documentation found on this problem, even tracing code and grep in files didn't get any result of problem source.

do you have any idea?
