Illustrator export layers to png and keep layer names

I have a set of 300 or so .ai files in which I will need to open each, separate one main layer into two (probably have to create an extra layer manually, and move needed stuff into that layer manually).

Then I want to export those two layers to PNG. I would like to keep the layers' name in the output filenames.

Any suggestion here? The save for web/devices doesn't seem to have an option for saving files using layer names.
