I use dial up connection to connect to the Internet. When I type ipconfig/all in the command prompt it shows me a physical address along with description for the dial up connection. The description field shows WAN(PPP/SLIP)Interface. I want to know upon which this physical address depends? It depends on my computer or ISP. On changing my ISP, physical address for this dialup connection will change or remain same?
Please give some idea.
