Which is easier to learn, Zend Framework, CakePHP or CodeIgniter?

I am new to programming but I know HTML, CSS and Jquery. I am a web designer but want to expand my skill to application development with frameworks. Specifically, PHP frameworks.

I want to know which of the frameworks mentioned in the question is difficult to master.

Also, my friend wants me to learn Ruby on Rails/ Python instead of PHP. What's your best advice for a newbie programmer who is looking to build online software/apps in the near future; say, after 3 months/6 months or a year of study and practice?
