At http://tv.jetbrains.net/videocontent/webinar-whats-new-in-resharper-7 there is an excellent video on a selection of the new items in ReSharper 7.
As I have said before, if you develop in C# or VB.NET, you should use ReSharper. Now it has been extended to allow unit testing of JavaScript. The above video mentions a possible extension to ReSharper for F#.
