WCF web service with Neural Network

I am developing a web service that performs object recognition. It will be available for testing as soon as enough code has been developed, and then officially when it is finished.

It is based on a radically new type of artificial neural network that I designed. Its goal is to recognize any type of object within an image. Besides the WCF web service, the project will also create a website to test and demonstrate the web service. Here is a link with more information.
