Negative downtime, 200% uptime reported by uprecords/uptimed

I'm curious as to how I could have negative downtime that keeps increasing, as well as uptime beyond 100%. I'm getting the below output from uprecords -adM:

I installed uptimed sometime in the last week, have not rebooted, and just yesterday did I notice this odd behavior. I'm running Ubuntu 12.04.1, hosted in Hyper-V on Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit. Any insight would be appreciated.
