SQL SERVER AGENT CAN NOT START

I still can not start SQL server agent . When Sql server agent just starts and stop immedietly .I don't know what's happening in the middle .. I already login by the Network Service account in configuration tools and assign member role in msmb database for SQL Server agent. Pls give me an advice

I use win 7 ultimate , sql server 2008:
