I'm trying to update to 12.10 from a 12.04 machine.

When I ran the code sudo do-release-upgrade -d in my terminal and verified my password it checked for a new upgrade.

I was then returned with this:

gpg: Good signature from "Ubuntu Archive Automatic Signing Key <[email protected]>"
gpg: WARNING: This key is not certified with a trusted signature!
gpg: There is no indication that the signature belongs to the owner.`

There of course is more but it looks like it may or may not be showing private information with it.

What's causing this and how do I fix this.
